- Provide after-sales support services.
- Follow up and manage payment collections.
- Coordinate with the Project Admin Team.
- Analyze product costs versus sales.
- Assist customers with ongoing problem resolution.
- Plan visits to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain client contact data records.
- Coordinate with project teams.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Support marketing at trade shows and events.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate products.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and education.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and technical experts.
- Assist in the design of custom-made products.
