Position Title: Sr. Sales Engineer - Technical
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: B.E., Diploma or Technical background

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Identify potential customers for heating solutions.
  • Understand and interpret customer requirements.
  • Persuade clients on the suitability of products/services.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms.
  • Generate quotations for proposed systems.
  • Provide after-sales support services.
  • Follow up and manage payment collections.
  • Coordinate with the Project Admin Team.
  • Analyze product costs versus sales.
  • Assist customers with ongoing problem resolution.
  • Plan visits to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain client contact data records.
  • Coordinate with project teams.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Support marketing at trade shows and events.
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate products.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and education.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and technical experts.
  • Assist in the design of custom-made products.
  • Display strong teamwork abilities.
