Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Develop customized technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and support.
- Collaborate on proposal preparation with the sales team.
- Support sales strategies with technical insights.
- Train and educate customers on product features and usage.
- Collect and relay market feedback to product teams.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product developments and competitors.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
Qualifications::
- B.E., Diploma, or technical background (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 0–5 years of experience in technical sales or freshers with relevant knowledge.
- Strong technical understanding of products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and events.
