The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes
throughout the production cycle. They will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems,
conduct inspections, analyse data, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and
drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems for energy and LPG systems.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with teams in energy audits, fuel conversion, and automation projects.
- Analyze data from audits to detect trends and root causes of defects.
- Provide training on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality processes, audits, and reports.
Qualifications::
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service.
- Preferred experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
